Could you please direct me to a single electorate where the person elected would have been changed with a first past the post system or cite a reference as evidence of your claim. I am currently going through the 2022 election results to see if anything would have been changed. Thanks.

To slow. By my own totally unprofessional data collection skills I can find 9 LNP electorates that would have been different with first past the post. Which would make the current parliament significantly closer than it currently is. The Libs and Nats coalition is advantaged as they don't run candidates against each other where as Labor is at a disadvantage because left votes go to Greens and then are preferred back to Labor. So I can understand why you prefer first past the post. The good thing with first past the post would be the death of minor far right parties like One Notion and UAP. The Greens would suffer two as voters would quickly learn that they would have to vote for Labor 1st. It would certainly ensure a two sided parliament with absolutely no room for minor parties or independents. I again assume this is what you want.
