@jameslinmd You would have to provide evidence of your claims for them to be taken seriously. The original judgement is under appeal and this subsequent judgement his lawyers have said will be appealed. I simply quoted the facts. Your opinion is worthless.

@jameslinmd I understand my original comment was ambiguous. I didn’t mean to suggest the judge didn’t make procedural rulings as of course they did. All I meant was the defamation verdict was by jury.

@jameslinmd No at this point you are factually wrong. Yes the judge made rulings against some of Trumps lawyers motions but your opinion that it was a sham trial are unsubstantiated. Some of the judges rulings have been supported by other judges. I understand your grab them by the pussy demagogue can do no wrong and at this stage the appeals process is underway. If at the end of the appeals process he is still found to have defamed Carrol, would you accept the verdict? I doubt it.

@jameslinmd I’m just interested, what achievements exactly are you talking about? I’m not suggesting he didn’t achieve some things, ie The Abraham accords, but his economic numbers were very average, at the moment Biden’s employment numbers are better, wage growth better, higher GDP growth, Dow Jones higher. I just can’t see any data that suggests he was one of the best. Obama’s tax cut was even bigger than Trumps. Do you actually have any data or evidence to back your claim or is it just your gut feeling?
