This is just utter claptrap. The Japanese sub Abbot talked of had less than half the range of the Attack class that was chosen with a significant less capable weapons and sensor suite. Why didn't his government order 10 Nuc subs when he was PM. The right decision may have finally been made but what a complete FU from Abbott through Turnbull to four years of indecision from Morrison. I mean it's all the same clowns sitting around the table now that we're there in 2013, 9 years ago.
