  1. Seriously. You don’t know how shark nets work. A shark net is not and never have been a seabed to sea level continuous net. A shark net might extend 10 or 20 down hanging from bouys. Large sharks regularly swim under and around them.

  2.  @capitainebonhomme1609  oh OK I was unaware of that. They must be close to shore. Do they run from point to point and hence provide a complete barrier?
