  2. @lesblack413  Hey are you trolling me? IMF and World Bank guidelines suggest a GDP/debt ratio of 60% is perfectly healthy. I was unaware of any YouTube rule on qualifications required to be able to post general comments, but I am chastised by your witheringly reply to what I thought was a simple comment. I shall never comment on YouTube again. Off to university for me.
