  4. You are confused. There are multiple parties and if you filled out the Upper house voting form you would know this. People however in the main only choose two being Libs and Labor.

  6.  @shellyaus  So there is absolutely nothing in the constitution that prevents elected individuals forming groups. They do this to form governments. It is how our system works.
