  3.  @barryjulianwaldron3656  The display of our National flag by the PM and Treasurer says exactly what it means the ANF is is the primary position or on the left as you look at them, in exactly the same way we read from left to right. I mean any basic understanding of flag protocol tells you this.

  4. No factually wrong. The government has to pass a referendum bill in the house, then have the Senate pass it. Once it is law then a referendum question can be put to the Australian people. If and only if they say yes can further legislation be passed to amend the constitution. Only the Australian people can amend the constitution. You are talking utter BS.

  5.  @savagegfry  That's easy as it has been widely reported in the MSM and on social media. 1. There shall be a body, to be called the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice. 2. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice may make representations to parliament and the executive government on matters relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. 3. The parliament shall, subject to the constitution, have power to make laws with respect to the composition, function, powers and procedures of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice. There you go easy and simple and completely dismisses all of your hyperbolic fears. It is no different to the clauses in the constitution to setup the High Court or our Defence force.

Including a voice clause actually removes the racist elements of our constitution. Have you studied or taught any history about our federation and constitution?
