The concept of freedom originated with the ancient Greeks 4000 years before Christianity, and the bible actually advocates for slavery. Care for the poor, medical care and education are all activities conducted by secular institutions. The idea that Western civilisation is grounded in judeo Christian values is utter rubbish.

  2. Why would a Christian lobby group complain about a freedom of speech issue. One of the foundations of Christianity is the limiting of free speech in regards to its blasphemy laws. Pot calling kettle black are far as I can see.

  10. Actually both Christian and Islamic religions have quite explicit anti free speech blasphemy laws, so both would in principle agree with the WA government.
