The inflationary conditions you speak of have appeared to have peaked. The previous LNP government certainly contributed to the rise in inflation with its considerably large public spending budgets over 9 years, none of which ever approached being remotely balanced.

Paul Murray is an avowed atheist, he isn’t using any god to get anything and blessing him is utterly pointless. We have a parliamentary democracy with a Westminster system that has a prime minister as head of government and executive with a King as our head of state.

@jasonjudkins2056 I don't think Luke is from our country. Your reply was spot on.

@brothermaynard3200 Yes considering we were just one brother away of a having a paedophile as king maybe a monarchy isn’t such a good idea either!

@infidel202 Having no idea what you are meaning to say with a watermelon emjoi, which of these 4 options is closet 1. The fruit 2. Women's breasts 3. You are interested in a conversation 4. You liked what I said.

@infidel202 Yes we have a GG who is the Kings Representative in Australia. They most certainly are not our head of state.

No you are factually incorrect. Aboriginal archeological evidence and DNA samples taken from indigenous hair samples in the 19th century prove conclusively aboriginal Australians are the original inhabitants and date back 70000 years +/- 5000 years. I cite a University of Adelaide study published in “Nature” in 2017.

@Gungho1a No you are factually incorrect and have zero evidence of your claim. Yes Aboriginals have Neanderthal and Denisovans DNA as they no doubt intermingled on their journeys to Australia, however there is nil evidence of any other species inhabiting Australia before the Aboriginal. You are just factually wrong. Otherwise cite your source on information.

@stevepearson6173 Completely factually and demonstratively wrong. You have in a typical narcissistic manner decided your interpretation of science is correct. Cite your personal qualifications that give any weight to your opinion. Otherwise it is just that and everyone has one of those.

@stevepearson6173 OMG the National history museum clearly states aboriginals as an homogeneous group have occupied the Australian mainland for approximately 70000 years, but you just go on making your own personal interpretation, for all I know you have some anthropological qualifications and know better than the accumulated knowledge of the museum.
