@VK6AB- And again how does any of that directly affect Australia. Certainly it would provide economic and political instability, but neither is remotely a threat on Australian sovereignty.

@VK6AB- WE have no actual alliance with Taiwan and yes at any stage the Middle East could be turned into glass, so what? China is not going to risk war with the US over Taiwan.
