It is nonsensical to suggest 100% perfect representation is required for consensus both in principle and in reality. It is merely what you think is a clever way to delegitimize indigenous representation. In reality it's childish sticking your fingers in your ears and yelling I can't hear you.

Constitutional recognition, a voice to parliament that has no veto power, no legislative capability, and no financial delegation. A Makkartta truth commission. Do you need it any simpler as you seem to not be able to grasp the detail.
