I completely fail to see how an advisory body that has no veto power, no legislative capacity, no financial delegation, and no service delivery capability can in any way be described as tribalism. By voting no all you are doing is denying indigenous Australians as the original inhabitants of Australia Constitutional recognition. I don’t believe you are being honest with your criticism.

@mkgee4239 When you say divisive I see democratic freedom of speech and diversity of opinion. This is Australia and democracy reigns. This maybe a different culture from the country of your birth.

That’s hilarious. I have lost count of the blatantly racist comments just here on YouTube comments. From the “No” campaign I have read everything from aboriginals not being human, to Stan Grants skin tone, to Linda Burney’s sobriety and much worse. Your comment is either extreme ignorance or wilful mischievousness.

@richardlafleur8389 just in the comments section of this article there are three racist comments that refer to indigenous Australians as “abbos” and another couple that while no racist clearly state if you vote yes you are stupid and or racist. So you claim is not only false it is clearly and demonstrably wrong. Why would you claim something that was so easily proved incorrect?
