  1. You are factually wrong. Firstly the aboriginal flag has been legislated under the 1953 flag act. So it is an official flag. Secondly the the flags are in the right order of priority with the senior flag on the left as you look at them. These flags are not on a single flagpole they are on multiple flagpoles so the priority you attribute is just wrong. Read a book on the subject.
