  3. Here is as I see it. Republicans take back the house in the mid terms. Trump is immediately installed as Speaker (perfectly constitutional). Republicans immediately impeach Biden, they don’t need a reason they just do it. The senate then convicts. Next Harris is immediately impeached and convicted, again Republicans don’t need a real offence they just make one up. Now Trump as speaker is installed as President. This could all be done in a matter of months immediately after the mid terms. Trump gets probably 18 months as President and then runs again in the 2024 Presidential election.
