Hospitals provide meals for a whole host of dietary requirements which include Lactose intolerance Gluten intolerance halal Fodmap Vegetarian Kosher In fact hospital meals are generally designed around the specific needs of every patient and if offering a few choices that might make indigenous peoples stay in a hospital more comfortable, considering the universally worse outcomes indigenous people suffer health wise in this country, I cannot fathom why some lowlife scum sucking bigoted grub would even be remotely concerned.
