  1.  @Scylon1  Cadets in Australia are introduced to firearms before adulthood. Kings School in Parramatta has one of the finest indoor rifle ranges in the country. There is no reason why children can't be taught how use a firearm.

Seriously, you can't off the top of your head come up with a better model for choosing our head of state than the eldest born male child from a family of inbreeds on the other side of the world.
