  2.  @nuggetella  The government inacts legislation and on occasion when that legislation is called into question the High Court adjudicates. Our constitution explicitly gives the right to freedom of religion. The government is under no constitutional duty to any biblical duties whatsoever. That's why we don't subjugate women, owns slaves, or execute homosexuals any longer.
