Constitutional recognition and a voice are essential to reconciliation.

@thelegendofmikehunt9573 Could you name a Neo-Marxist for me please. Also are you denying the European colonisation during the enlightenment happened?

@infidel202 I kinda understand the path you going down, however how is Xi Jinping (who I would argue is more like a totalitarian facist than a Communist) affecting the push from many Australians for constitutional recognition for Australia's indigenous people.

@thelegendofmikehunt9573 Not particularly as I don't have an issue with much of what said. I have no idea what all the gibberish about indoctrination was about. You acknowledge European colonisation and that was all I was asking.

@thelegendofmikehunt9573 yep.

@ayianaarthur2551 So you have displayed zero knowledge of British colonial law, and no understanding of Australian history. You need to do some reading.

@daniellebcooper7160 Amazingly we can chew and walk at the same time. It is an idiotic argument to suggest it is one or the other. Reconciliation is what the indigenous people overwhelming are supporting.

@thelegendofmikehunt9573 You have no idea what you are talking about. The British never claimed to have conquered or defeated anyone. They used "Terra nullius" to claim the land. This was later proven in the high court to have been illegal. At the time the Brits were using this law in the late 19th century CE in parts of Australia, they had already some 50 years earlier accepted the dodgyness of it by negotiating treaties with other indigenous peoples in other parts of their empire. You are just factually wrong.
1
@thelegendofmikehunt9573 Now if the British would of declared war and actually defeated the Indigenous population then under British law at the time a different set of rules and rights would have applied to the conquered, but they didn’t, so your point is not valid and has no logical basis in fact.

@thelegendofmikehunt9573 WTF are you talking about. I made no point, only highlighted the error of your statement. If anything you just supported my comments. Thanks.

@kathleencook3060 yeah like the 500 page detailed explanation of a voice to parliament presented to the government. Yeah really well hidden.
