  2.  @showyceramics  It was most definitely not. That is a complete misunderstanding of the NDIS.

  3.  @showyceramics  I don't give a flying @#%$ what the Libs were doing the NDIS was designed as a insurance scheme to provide reasonable support for disabled people in whatever form that took. If that means vocational training so be it. If that means one on one support for severely disabled people so be it. The NDIS was not designed or ever intended to supplant the public medical system or Medicare.
