  1. Leaves it wide open for what? The voice may make representations. So yes it may or may not, it possibly might, or possibly not. It may use the opportunity to make representation or may not. Im not sure you understand words and most definitely not the structure of this particular sentence of the constitutional amendment.

  2. OMG duh. That’s what the High court is for. It’s job is to adjudicate constitutional disputes. It does this all the time. Grow up, it’s as if you are teenagers.

  3.  @buildmotosykletist1987  My point is still valid. Allen and Bolts points were either false (the legal opinion is the wording is sufficiently clear) or just fear mongering. Bolt particularly is being deliberately mischievous, virtually dishonest in his criticism. He is terrified of something but is unwilling to be open about what it really is.
