  1.  @KIA-MIA-POW  while I prefer the term “first peoples” technically speaking our High Court has determined “First Nations” is a legally correct term. Just because you don’t believe indigenous culture doesn’t conform to your idea of nationhood. I’ll take the opinion of our high court over yours.

  2.  @KIA-MIA-POW  It is common public knowledge that both the “Mabo” and “Wik” decision’s established in Australian common law the prior ownership of the Australia and the Torres Strait islands by indigenous people. You are factually wrong as well in your claim of no Aboriginal nation existing. Neither a centralised government or industrial type economy is a requirement for Nationhood to exist , neither is a common language required. This is easily established with just a rudimentary reading of any dictionary meaning of “nation”. Thankyou for enquiry.
