How does any of that actually effect you?

@User-mj9hv Who the hell is trying to get rid of Easter? I’m an anti-theist and it’s a terrific time of the year, 4 days off, the streets are quiet and whatever weirdo cult like bizarro activity those christians get up to is their business and provides endless amounts of humour for us atheists. I enjoy all types of religious holidays from Hanukkah to Ramadan. The night markets in Lakemba, Sydney during Ramadan are fantastic.

@evildos I'm not sure sex or sexual preference is an option, and don't quite understand why any of it is weird, but certainly tend to agree on the privacy side of things.
2
@evildos Yes your right. How dare they voice an opinion.

@soakupthesunman I don’t know??? Acknowledgment generally is a soothing feeling. I have ANZAC day so I’m happy.
1
@soakupthesunman WTF are you on about. In an earlier post I expressed support for Easter and its bunny.

@maureen9115 Or perhaps maybe cowardly mindless threats of retaliation will be seen for the intolerant pissweak hate speech that it is.
1
@Peter-pv8xx Lookout maureen9115 will be after you for some retribution with a flippant comment like that.

@smythharris2635 As explained in previous posts 4 days off work with no requirement to adhere to any nonsensical religious customs doesn’t worry me in the slightest. I’ll accept gifts anytime for any reason. I specifically mentioned the night markets in Sydney during Ramadan as excellent fun and no need to fast as even better.

Why is it OK to threaten retaliation and not OK to criticise the threat of retaliation?
1
@onamattapeeya Yes you are correct. I understand all theists religions to be utterly stupid, so in that regard yes I am a religious bigot, and proud of it.
1
@onamattapeeya Considering the religious bigotry and stupidity plus the legal and cultural violence LGBTQA people have had to deal with for thousands of years they to have most certainly earned the right to their day as much as I have ANZAC day.
1
@onamattapeeya Considering the violence that LGBTQ&A people have had to deal with from religious bigots and society in general for thousands of years they have earned their day as much as I have earned my ANZAC day.

@kjc7134 Classic idiocy. I didn't call christians anything I called theist religions stupid. So that's just a nonsensical strawman from you. Secondly using the bible to prove the bible is circular reasoning and is another fallacious argument from you. So in short all you have provided in your comment is nonsensical gibberish.
1
@kjc7134 Scientific studies prove beyond all doubt that several thousand different species from humans to penguins to horses to monkeys all engage in same sex relationships from birth. No preferences about it, and even if there was, so what?
1
@kjc7134 I never suggested I was required to follow any stupid religious practices only that I enjoyed the Easter bunny and four day holidays. The chocolate is a bonus. Also it is sometimes curiously interesting to watch religious ceremonies as they can be quite educational. A bit like watching the cheese rolling in Pieza.
1
@kjc7134 No you are absolutely correct. All religion and belief in god are social constructs and as such, none are compulsory nor required. Good point.
