  15.  @australianmade2659  Race is a social construct humans are all one species. A voice in the Constitution is for the ethnic/cultural group who were the legal owners of the land when they were not consulted about Federation or nationhood. Simple really.

  17. Actually back to your first reply. Yes you can. All you need to prove is that you have ancestry back to prior to 1788. This has nothing to do with race just genealogy. It literally has nothing to do with race whatsoever.

  19. Any change to the constitution has to go to a referendum. It is not up to the Government it is up to all Australians to come up with a plan.
