As a percentage of GDP Labor are spending less than the last years of the Abbott/Turnball/Morrision governments and on average for government spending over the last 50 years. Labor have set up a $10 billion housing fund. Not a single word in your comment has any bearing on actual reality.

@Prognosis__ Yes you are correct our productivity has been poor and this contributed to our run of GDP % to per capita being negative. This is a reflection of how poor our business community has been in investing.

@ yeah facts really hurt. Was your snowflakery offended by the truth?

Average wage growth in the last ten years has been 3.1% except during the Morrison government when in dropped to 1.2%. Current under Labor in the last year it has been 4.1%. I’m not sure you know what you are talking about.

@Wombat-y7t If you are not using ABS data then what is your source of data. Please don't say real world or your own personal experience. For a sensible discussion you must have some independent falsifiable data source.

@Wombat-y7t The average CPI for the last 10 years has been 2.3%. Wage growth over the last 10 years has been 2.5%. Now you may not like ABS data, and I'm perfectly happy for you to cite another data source.

@Wombat-y7t Yes i understand your personal financial circumstances have not improved (and im sorry about that) but my personal financial circumstances have significantly improved in the last three years. Where do we go from here?

Seriously you are complaining about low unemployment. What sort of a snowflake are you?

@LuciferBlackREAL Inflation both headline and underlying are now back in the 2-3% range the RBA and economists agree is ideal. What data source do you have that contradicts this?
