  1. I have private health insurance, always have always will. I wouldn’t use DVA even though I qualify for it. I don’t think I will ever use my gold card. If you desperately need the care and I’m sure they do. Use the public system or pay for care. Don’t rely on the DVA for anything.

  2.  @highcountrydelatite  That's great. I hope all the best for you. I did 35 years and I got out OK, but I'll never claim for any of my injuries. Just a personal thing.
