  1. Ups has so much money and yeah I'm sure it is ineffective to run the ac but in certain areas like Texas and Arizona it should be mandatory. If u live in a place where the temp is bearable then fine but why not let the drivers decide what they can tolerate and what they can't. Make half the fleet ac and half not ac. And rotate them out or let ppl with existing health conditions have the ac or something. No one should have a heat stroke trying to keep a job
