  1. I get what the mayor was trying to do but it just didn't work. The governor gave an order... And governor trumps mayor. He was trying to keep the economy churning and for residents life to be as normal as possible....but its not fair that the rest of the state is on lockdown and ppl in mckinney can get facials and massages and what not
