4:00 that was kinda dangerous tbh, you should never do that...also him pulling a driver over without his basic gear and duty belt was dumb and probably against policy, he is relying on citizens to help him carry out his duties, what if it was a bad guy who would have stolen his car or gear. Is he even wearing his gun or is that in the car too. Im sure he got a nice fat write up for this. When i was working in law enforcement , we would get in big trouble if we werent wearing our proper gear. This cop is lucky he didnt get hurt

Thos cop is not wearing any of his duty gear. What a doofus....he didnt even have cuffs on him, they were in his car. He put his self at risk
