  1. He's not a sex offender bc she never brought a case against him go back and listen. She waited 9 years to file a complaint. Even though she never at 9 weeks she was pregnant. The reason he isn't a registered sex offender is because she keep it a secret. Probably lied to her mom and everything. She didn't even tell him he had a child until the kid was 5

  2. Well actually the mom and grandma dropped the ball. Why if u were raped, wait until the child turned 9 years to file a complaint??? She waited so long until there was no DNA, physical evidence, and until she was 25 to file a complaint. Um you can't do that. Well u can but it's not wise. You should always file a criminal compliant right away after an assault, like within 3 days. She may be telling the truth about what happened that night but this story is disingenuous. In another interview she says he didn't even know he had a child until the kid was 5. Sounds like she was trying to cover for him for 5 years until she wanted child support from the court. Then she got a surprise bc the court said no and awarded him joint custody. The real question is how did she lose joint custody? And why she waited 9 years To report a rape
