  1. Civil rights violation? Mmmm I think that's a stretch.... the police don't have to arrest both parties. Was it kinda wrong yes. But does it rise to the level of a civil rights violation or lawsuit. No. Sorry. The police didn't beat him, take him, shoot him...they simply placed him in cuffs which they have a right to do. I think we lose credibility when we do things like things. Also how does Ben crump get to these cases so dang fast. I mean this literally just happened. How does his office handle all these high profile cases at one time?
