  1. I don't really think it matters. Owning definitely costs more. And plus can't ever leave (unless u sell) same neighborhood, same schools, same restaurants, whereas with renting if I never get tired of the food, schools, culture, environment, politics, infrastructure or anything I always know I can move in a matter of months. Its not permanent. That's the best part and it cheaper. No yard work, no buying light bulbs, no replacing anything. Its all inclusive. Renting is awesome
