She charges $1500 a month for a rental to someone who makes pizzas? I'm sure they don't even earn 1500 a month. I understand her trying to help but it doesn't seem that helpful to her employees. I live in Texas and my rent is 900/mo and I have a pretty good job. 1500/mo in Texas gets u a 200k mortgage 3bd 2 ba. So Colorado clearly is overpriced
