I'm sorry but this is funny. Lol. Kids can't keep their shoes tied worth damn..... I don't think it's worth legal action but for real the teacher should have taught him how to tie his shoes or let him wear socks. Parents be tripping sometimes, I used to work at a daycare years ago when I was a teen, they wanted to fire me for putting a kid in time out.... i quit. I said never again will I work with other ppl kids and that was 20 years ago. Fuq these kids!!!
