  1. While im not blaming her for her death, we women really have to research and choose better men. She had 3 kids, they didnt say he was the father of the kids..... she choose to date a felon, a violent felon, and move him in. im glad she went to police and filed but epo/tpo is just a piece of paper and gets violated ALL THE TIME. I also work in the court system, and you would be surprised by the number of ppl who file on their partners and ignore the protection order and take them back. Its a revolving door. I work in texas and our judge ALWAYS orders that the defendant have no guns, im not sure whats going on in chicago
