  2.  @sherpaderpdingo3405  yes I saw that....he was completely freaking out and not cooperating but once he's cuffed and down it OVER. The officers know that or should have known that. Yes it different when u are in the real world and not doing theoretical classroom academy stuff but the handcuff rules still apply ESPECIALLY when u know u have ppl watching and recording. Like don't be an idiot!!! He wasn't resisting anyone and they should have picked him up and threw him in the car and let it go.

  3. Yep....she was not prepped very well tho. Jeeez it was painful to watch her answer questions. The first witness the 911 operator was so professional clear and concise...then they put up this lady😱😱😱
