  3. They already have a contract with Securus....Securus DOMINATES the prison industry communications market. This is a bad idea....but its dallas county's fault for not doing their research and due diligence before. They were so gung go to put in these cameras and new phone systems that they now getting screwed and looking a fool in the news. Sheriff brown is not the smartest leader I've seen. She constantly doing dumb stuff not listening to the ppl who know better....the workers
