  2. Ninjas don't follow directions. Time after time, this is the one thing 97% of these stories have in common. But no one ever talks about that. Yes we know sometimes police treat blk ppl differently but knowing that, one would think you would fo everything you could to listen and follow directions if you are stopped. Banning traffic stops is not the answer and is a stupid suggestion.
