  2.  @chrismccaffrey8256  I have Tourette’s yes and although my words and movements don’t feel like me I’d never compare it with a dissociative disorder. I’m very much aware of what’s going on and feel the urges, and I know how to separate it, others won’t see what’s me because they don’t really know me such as strangers passing me by but it’s nothing like DID and Tourette’s with wires crossed
