  1. I learned this in family court fighting for custody of my daughter. My ex was lying about some huge stuff and my lawyer stopped me from going nuts about it so we could let her dig her grave a little more, then brought the receipts when she finished. Unfortunately courts massively favor women, so it didn’t matter all that much in the end

  2.    yep, he was a very average lawyer. But I’ve talked to quite a few people about it vs their own experiences and most, if not all have had a similar story. Maybe we ALL had sh***y lawyers
