I’ve been telling conservatives forever that we need to learn how to use emotional arguments. “Facts and logic” or data/numbers and spreadsheets/appeals to common sense don’t work when people have been d e m o r a l ized. It’s unfortunate, but people are driven by emotion in times like these, and we need to learn how to take advantage of that.

@borginburkes1819 no, they’re going to lose because they’re emotional arguments are not based in reality. What I mean for example is telling a heroic story of a child being saved by conceal carry is going to make a better case than holding up a data sheet showing that there are more defensive uses per year than criminal uses. That’s one example
