It’s pretty frustrating to hear the conservative thought leaders defending the Asians in this AA ruling as if the small amount of discrimination they have faced in schooling is anywhere near what we’ve faced. As if pointing to their suffering gives our point of view legitimacy… this is our civilization and our suffering matters. We built it, we maintain it and keep it Western, which is why it’s disappearing as we do.

@wubuck79 they are the closest to us in a few ways, but when they go after Asians as “WS” or “Wh adjacent,” it’s still a focus on Wh people
