This is why we can’t blame any specific generation entirely for being flawed the way they are. As a millennial, I have to hear all the time that millennials are the “everyone gets a trophy” generation... well, yeah, but who gave us the trophies?? All I’m saying is the timeline does not go “many great generations of strong people made more and more great generations until suddenly a terrible one appeared out of nowhere!”

@texasbeast239 losing faith in God is pretty much the main reason we are where we are. Everything else you said I agree with and did about halfway, but there was a weak part of me that wanted to fit in. “Fitting in” when all the other kids in school are garbage is about the worst thing we can do lol

@texasbeast239 you’ve brought up another great point. Christianity tells us that our desires are evil and that our human nature will lead us to ruin. Remove God, you start seeing people following their base instincts and turning to mush
