  4. I love that Sydney is using the term “nonwhite” instead of the dreadfully antiwhite “POC” 👍🏻 if you think this doesn’t matter, you’re not paying attention. The words we use matter a lot. “Nonwhite” centers our people in our story, while “POC” excludes our people from humanity

I suppose you could call that collateral damage to some extent, but not really. This is about taking what’s important to our people and saying “this isn’t yours anymore.” They’ll continue until we stop them
