  1. About prudential calculation. I’ve always wanted to get a tattoo, but I don’t have any yet at 32yo. Every time I think of an idea for one, I make a deal with myself — i will wait 6mo, and if I still want it, I will go through with it. So far nothing has stuck with me that long haha. One day though... one day.

  2. This is why Christians say “God is always watching you.” To act like they’re talking about a ‘big bearded man in the sky’ is a straw man (maybe there’s a better word). It means that how you act and the choices you make, even when nobody else sees them, have a major effect on the way you look at yourself / how much respect you give to yourself as a person. This is not a great explanation, but it’s a complex subject to describe in writing. Maybe you’ll get what I mean, who knows
