Many years ago, I remember reading Ann Landers advice column and a woman wrote her a letter about being in the hospital in a coma, and listening to relatives visiting, in the room, discussing who was going to get what when the woman in the coma died. Well guess what? The woman DID come out of the coma and, needless to say, she felt betrayed by her family and felt that she could never trust them again.
