  1. 7:27 I can TOTALLY relate to this! After months of applying for jobs that I knew I was qualified for, multiple job interviews, in person or more frequently, by phone and hearing nothing but crickets from potential employers, I have been forced, out of sheer desperation at this point, to 'settle' for a minimum wage job as a cashier. Minimum is $15/hr in my state. My last job paid nearly $30/hr. The youngest age that I can retire is 62 and the future doesn't look very bright at all. I am 61 and realistically facing homelessness. I can no longer afford my rent. And I'm scared.
