  1. These fighters, brave as they are, lack tactical training. Note they treat the walls of the house as cover. They act individually. They invite concentrated return fire by firing heavy weapons repeatedly from the same position. Typical of civilian militia. Russians must be poorly trained or highly unmotivated, or they would be making more progress.
