  3. Is there a time when European elites have not been despicable? How many wars have been caused by kings and dictators stirring up ancient ethnic hatred? How much of the world has been colonized and enslaved, their resources stolen, their development prevented by the home countries desire to maintain the system?

  4. It is not a war crime to cause civilian deaths while targeting a known enemy. What is a war crime is secreting military personnel or hardware among the civilian population. The reason for this is that if you hide among the population, it causes civilian deaths. Murderers are not allowed immunity because they hide in your basement.
