  1. The negativity is that it won't work, and they know it. Once you scale everything up, nothing will work anymore, the forces are too great to be controlled. In short, it's a scam and they know it.

  2. Too bad it's a scam. They can't really go higher/bigger than what they've done already. The engineering just doesn't work. Very very sad that Real Engineering, of all people, felt into this very visible trap.
