This works because you're 3 people. Grow to 8 and it will most likely fall apart unless everybody has the same knowledge/seniority and way of doing things (which is rare).

@fulconandroadcone9488 Yeah, that can certainly happen. That's why sprints are, theoretically, set in stone. And the stories in it groomed/refined so, again, theoretically, you know what you have to do and there's no change of plans. But management gotta management sometimes...
